2. Senior Project Manager

3. Superintendent
Summary of Position:
The Site Superintendent is a full time position that will report directly to the Project Manager. He/she will be on the job site at all times during construction and is responsible for the efficiency of all crews on this construction contract for PUB construction. A site superintendent is a person who coordinates and manages all the activities on a construction site. This position demands an individual who is detail oriented, fair, ambitious, ethical, and professional to Owners, Architects, and construction personnel alike. 5 to 10 years experience as superintendent and preferred experience with Job Order Contracts, IQC, and E-Gordian.
Duties:
Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
Schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list.
Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately through enforcing the company's Site Safety Policies.
Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.
Maintains a clean and organized job site, including the construction office.Position

Description:

A construction project engineer must combine the skills of a project manager with skills of engineer. He serves as a middleman between the client, the construction project manager and the subcontractors to make ensure construction project proceeds safely, accurately, and according to schedule.
Duties:
The Construction Project Engineer will review plans and financial projections for the job to ensure they are accurate and reasonable. The project engineer will create project schedules and works with contractors to assure the work is done properly and on time. The project engineer will meet regularly with all of the parties involved, including the managers, contractors, and client to provide status updates and answer questions.The project engineer will generate RFIs, submittals, attend job-walks, pre-conference meetings, solicitations and assist the project manager with estimations/proposals.
Requirements:
Education background in Architect & Engineering, Civil Engineering.
3 year construction experience as Project Engineer is required.
