We are searching for motivated individuals who enjoy to work in a diversify and challenging environment for the opening of Customer Service Specialist (Full Time) to provide customer service and total freight solution at our NYC branch.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely and have throughout communication with vendors, truckers and customers to provide freight solutions services
- Handle general shipping documents
- Co-ordinate and arrange shipments
- Monitor and information tracking
- Duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills via email, phone and in person
- Prior experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics field will be a plus
- Motivated team player and willing to learn
- Dispatching experience is preferred
- Have enthusiasm and the drive to succeed
- Fluent in English and bilingual in Chinese is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Associate Degree
- Must be US Resident
