Conduct marketing campaigns from initiation to execution, design marketing collateraland create branding messages for online and offline events.
Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI with analytics.

Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related areas from top 60 US universities preferred.
1+ years of experience in direct marketing, market research, communications or advertising is required, preferablyin higher education industry.
Solid knowledge of marketing process and online/ offline marketing campaign, marketing practices and principles, as well as collateral and social media.
A self-learner, self-motivator and self-starter with a passion in education, a team player with integrity.
Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
Excellent communicator in bilingual language English/ Mandarin, creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Design and Implement compelling and elegant social web apps from back-end API to front-end UI
Develop reusable, cross-platform components in HTML, CSS, & Javascript -- while leveraging the best open source platforms (Like React)
Contributing to team discussions around system component design, improvement and integration
Will work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.
Basic Qualifications
Strong desire to work as a core member of a startup company and to build a successful product with a strong impact on the industry.
Strong experience with HTML5 , JavaScript, and CSS (more than 1 year)
Experience with responsive & adaptive user interfaces
Ability to create CSS components using SASS/SCSS
