We currently have an opening for a motivated individual who can provide a high-end customer service experience in the position of full-time Trucking Dispatcher


Responsibilities and Duties

- Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, other offices (Overseas offices), and co-workers through a high volume of e-mails, phone calls and verbal communications

- Track, trace and update the shipment status daily

- Run reports daily to ensure all shipments are followed up properly

- Send out invoices to bill customers accurately and timely

- Visit customers/vendors once a while to maintain close relationship if needed

- Have strong desire to learn and grow

- Report to superior when you feel something may not be right

- Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree

- Excellent communication, interpersonal (verbal, written and phone) and follow up skills

- Intermediate and/or advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet navigation

- Typing WPM 60 or better

- Fast learner, positive attitude, can work well independently and with a team

- Must be US Resident

- Bilingual: English and Chinese (preferred)

- Related 1-year working experience in freight forwarding or trucking dispatching industry (preferred)
