Customer Support Reoresentative
Key Competences:
Works in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of China Southern;
Handle outbound and inbound calls for passengers and travel agents;
Handle incoming request from customers by email or fax and managing their inquiries or requests;
Answer Customer inquiries regarding flight arrivals, delays, cancellations, flight irregularities, facilities, and other general information;
Learn and complete the process of taking reservations, issuing tickets and making changes to the existing tickets;
Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers.
Requirement and Qualification:
College graduate or above with good communication skills in both Chinese and English;
Good communication & customer services skills;
Skilled use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.);
Self-motivated;
Weekend/holiday shifts might be required;
