Office Assistant:

• Provides efficient and responsive customer service support to Sales Representatives, Logistics Team, and Warehouse Department.
• Able to perform a variety of customer service duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn the basic knowledge of customers/accounts assigned, trucks and vendors used, and what products are frequently ordered will be ideal in succeeding in this position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer based programs.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Sales Representative/Sales Assistant:
• Engages with prospective customers to determine and close sales opportunities.
• Highly motivated in providing quality sales experience to clients.
• Must have strong prospecting and presentation skills.
• Handling phone calls with excellent English
• Work as a team to meet clients' needs and follow up with order procedures
• Enthusiasm and hardworking attitudes
