We are searching for motivated individuals who enjoy problem solving and solutions, and provide sales support for the opening of Customer Service & Inside Sales Assistant position (FullTime) at our SFO branch.


Responsibilities and Duties

- Work closely and have throughout communication with vendors, truckers and customers to provide freight solutions

- High-end customer service & sales support functions

- Handle general shipping documents

- Co-ordinate and arrange shipments

- Monitor and information tracking

- Duties as assigned


Qualifications and Skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills via email, phone and in person

- A self-starter, team player and willing to learn

- Prior Customer Service & Sale experience is preferred

- Have enthusiasm and the drive to succeed

- Fluent in English and bilingual in Chinese is preferred

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- Legal status to work in the US
