B.A Degree and minimum 1 year of IT support experience OR 3+ years’ experience in related computer work or equivalent combination of experience and education that demonstrated success skills in related fields, such as IT/MIS support.
Strong sense of customer service and responsibility
Able to prioritize urgent matters and work independently
Demonstrate the ability to thrive in cross-cultural work environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified by CCNA or CCNP.
Experience with customer support in cloud computing or internet industry.
Red Hat certified.

Expectations
Advanced skills with Linux and Windows operating systems;
Act as the first line of contact to company VIP customers technical issues and request;
Provide immediate support to all VIP customer’s request, issues, and tickets;
Able to independently diagnose, research, troubleshoot, and identify solution at the access layer and aggregation layer;
Capable to resolve miscellaneous networking and system issues;
Assist with Network Engineers to complete network cutover projects;
Complete quality assurance tasks to ensure completed projects adhere to customer’s expectation;
Complete project and QA assignments according to protocol.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in networking or computer science related major;
3+ years of working experience in related job responsibilities;
Strong sense of customer service and accountability;
Deep understanding of Linux system, TCP/IP protocol and other basic networking knowledge;

Able to work in a 24/7 shift schedule on an as-needed basis.

Sales Operations Specialist
We are looking for a SELF-MOTIVATED, ENERGETIC and BILINGUAL IN MANDARIN individual with 3-6 years relevant work experience to work across the business units.
Your primary responsibility is to provide sales support function essential to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Global Sales team. Your day to day responsibility is to bridge the gap between Sales and other business units, track and analyze Global Sales team performance, and prepare and present sales related reports.
