You will be working with the network system integration and maintenance teams, building and maintaining our customers’ VOIP system on network infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Deliver implementation, operation, maintenance and optimization of VOIP projects
- Provide clients with professional and standardized technical support services and technical training

Requirements
- 2 years of VOIP operating experience at system integration companies
- Expertise in Cisco network and UC technology, UC application requirements
- Familiarity with enterprise communication system, Exchange or Notes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin & English
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science / Telecommunication engineering or related field preferred.

System Engineer

Eccom Network (USA), Inc. is seeking a System Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team in the U.S.A to further the growth of our Global Network Service. You will be working with the network system integration and maintenance teams, building and maintaining our customers’ IP network.

Responsibilities
- According to the contract and project requirements, fulfill delivery and implementation of the project, and provide inspection, operation and maintenance of customers’ system.
- Prepare technical documentation for customers’ projects, and provide technical training to customers.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support of servers, storage devices, virtualization products of the system integration projects.

Requirements
- 2 years of IT system integration projects operating experience
- Familiar with popular operation systems and virtual infrastructure
- Knowledge of basic principles of storage devices and familiar with popular storage devices
- Familiar with database, or certified operators of host operating systems preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin & English
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science / Telecommunication engineering or related field preferred

Network Engineer

Eccom Network (USA), Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team in the U.S.A to further the growth of our Global Network Service. You will be working with the network system integration and maintenance teams, building and maintaining our customers’ IP network.

Responsibilities
- Maintain IP network devices and circuits
- Cooperate with team members to integrate our customers’ IP network in certain projects
- Coordinate and keep in touch with headquarter and customers in the U.S.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of network operating experience
- Expertise in LAN and WAN, deep understanding of TCP/IP Stack and OSI models
- At least 1 year of operating experience on Cisco or relevant network series equipment
- Familiarity with popular network protocols such as OSPF, ISIS, etc.
- Knowledge of electronic device operation including card switching, power connecting, etc
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin & English
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science / Telecommunication engineering or related field preferred.

Account Manager

Eccom Network (USA), Inc. (ECCOM NETWORK(CANADA), LTD) is seeking an Account Manager to join our fast-growing sales team in the U.S.A. (Canada) to further the growth of our Global Network Service. You will be working with the sales and technical service team, building and maintaining customer relations.

Responsibilities
- Establish effective sales channels and customer relations using resources of company and business partners.
- Responsible for sales activities in assigned region and achieve annual sales goal.

Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in IT / network system integration sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of local IT / network market, technology and products.
- Knowledge of financial accounting and law.
- Good sense of teamwork, collaboration and high initiative.
- Ability of developing and maintaining customer relations independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin & English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication engineering or relevant majors.
