· Assist in recruiting and interviewing, host orientations and training sessions for newly on-board employees;
· Develop performance-pay evaluation system for each department;
· Responsible for recruiting and training mentors, assists with mentor performance evaluation;
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills and data analytic skills;
· Reliable, detail orientated, patient and hard-working;
· Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
· High levels of integrity and working ethics;
· Able to quickly adapt to fast-paced startup culture;
· Strong passion for O2O education-technology startup a plus;
