Tapioca Express is the legend of bubble tea franchise since 1999. Our café style teashop features in Asian snack, baked foods, smoothies, juice, teas, coffee, and other beverages. We are experiencing the growth of business and will operate 2 new stores in Frisco and Plano. Therefore, we are looking for multi-units café manager who can lead our restaurant operation staffs to success in these new stores. The ideal candidate should have 2 years café or teashop management experience, including employee hiring, training, restaurant operations and management, inventory management, and knowledge of teas.

Minimum of 2 years current café or restaurant experience

Knowledge about restaurant equipment and operations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent work ethics and goal-driven characteristic

Proficient in Mandarin and English
