DP Insurance Agency was established in 1987 and since then, our company has grown to a full service insurance agency.
DP Insurance provides services catering to the insurance needs of businesses, individuals, and families.
DP always works by customers' side during their hardest times and see to it that customers get fair treatment and compensation as well as prompt service for our insurance needs.
Now we are looking for two office assistants for commercial department.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain relationships with clients
Respond to client in a timely manner by phone, email, etc.
Assist clients by answering questions about their policies, including explaining insurance concepts and processing claims paperwork (training will be provided!)
Quickly and accurately file applications and quote on Internet
Provide additional support to teammates and staff as needed
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Good organization skills
Self-motivated and fast learner
Must be able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
Must be bilingual English & Chinese
Insurance experience is a plus!
Essential Skills
Proficient computer skills ( Outlook, World, and Excel)
