We are currently searching motivated Ocean Import & Operation Assistant (Part-Time) at our Los Angeles headquarters.
Job Responsibilities:
-Work closely and have throughout communication with vendors and customers to provide freight solutions & services
-Handle Import and shipping documentation
-Perform tasks for ocean import shipments
-Related shipping and customer service duties as assigned
Qualification Required:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills(verbal, written and phone) skills
Fast learner, positive attitude, can work independently as well as a team player
1-2 years logistics or freight forwarding experience
High attention to details and can work in a fast pace environment
Fluent in English and bilingual in Chinese is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
US resident or legal status to work
Associate Degree or above
Must be US Resident
