An Ontario importer is looking for Customer Service:
Provide customer service utilizing the appropriate/required systems and quality assurance criteria while communicating in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
• Professional verbal and written communication ability both in English and Chinese
• MUST be able to keep up with a fast pace, and be able to handle multi-tasks
• Duties to include operational functions related to checking truckloads, getting rate for shipment quotes, negotiating rates, matching freight with available resources and customer service activities.
