The position is responsible for all aspects of purchasing related jobs.
• Processing Purchase orders and communicate with vendors/customers.
• Responsible for shipment arrangement and logistic related documents.
• Research and resolution of customer/vendor inquiries.
• Coordinating all purchasing related tasks.
• Report preparation and analysis
• Other administrative routine jobs
• Legal working status is required
• Bachelor Degree
• Candidate must be well organized and detail oriented
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) .
• Bilingual preferred – English & Mandarin (简体中文为优)
• Related experience will be a plus.
