1. Customer Service/ Operations(货代海/空运操作）

We are looking for an experienced, responsible person to work with our customer service team

Job Description:

• Air/Ocean Import and export daily operation work

• Communicate with customers on the phone, prepare and sending arrival notice to the customers

• Data entry

• Coordinate with truckers, customs brokers

• Prepare and sending invoices to the customers

•  

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Great communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft office

• Excellent organizational ability

• Strong sense of responsibility and knows how to take ownership of their accountabilities.

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in logistics operations is a plus

•   基本电脑操作，Excel，Word等办公软件需熟练掌握

2. Account Executive（货代销售）

We are looking for an established, high-producing Account Executive with a minimum of 2 years of freight forwarding sales experience. Candidate must to have strong communication skills.

Job Description:

• Prospect new business leads daily and set appointments for prospective customers.

• Negotiate shipping rates based on market rates and customer needs

• Forming a customer base by cold calling, issuing quotes, and making formal presentations to prospective customers.

• Monitor and follow up with all accounts

• Maintaining constant communication with the Operations/Customer Service Departments and overseas offices.

Requirements:

• 2 or more years freight forwarder sales experience

• Established with customer contacts and new business leads

• Strong work ethic, driven and highly motivated

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to negotiate and persuade others

• Ability to prioritize on a daily basis, manage time efficiently and multitask

• Ability to create presentations, proposals and sales reports along with other computer skills

• Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook or similar email application
