Since founded of Navitrans, we are doing schedule charter service from China to Europe and the US. Since the growth up of Navitrans Group, we have offices worldwide, in Shanghai, Beijing, HongKong, Frankfurt, Chicago, and New York.

Navitrans’ goal is to establish the bridge with air cargo transportation worldwide.

Our new established company in USA (New York & Chicago) is running US-Europe air cargo freighter.

Customer Service & Operation Representative

Major Responsibilities

Good communication with internal colleagues to ensure correct understanding on different service requirement. Prompt response attitude, always seeking solutions or possibilities.

Strictly follow company standard operation procedure in order to ensure effective workflow among each team.

Quoting and follow up to accounts. Verifying all documents/statement to internal and operator.

Maintain good communication with customer, make sure correct guidance/information to the customer, and coordinate upon receiving correct cargo / docs information.

Handle complaints and claims from customers.

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in air export logistics industry.

Work place: JFK airport and Uniondale NY

Requirement

The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone, computer, and administrative skills. College degree or above. Must have a professional and positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The salary 2500/M, 40hours per week. The work time for this position are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Must be able to read, write, and speak and English and Chinese fluently.

Must have valid driver's license and own transportation.

Chinese Speaker preferred.
