• Amazon order fulfillment

• Deliver to USPS daily

• Manage Inventory & warehouse

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and able to work as a good team player

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred

Job Description

We are an E-commerce company located in Chino, California. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to help with customer service, orders, emails & phone calls.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders received online

• Resolve any order-related issues

• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence

• Answer telephone calls and assist customers

• Provide quotes to customers

• Able to learn all products we carry to inform or explain to customers

Requirements:

• Excellent communication/writing skills in English is a must!

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Must be able to use a computer, internet, MS Office, Excel, etc.

• Must be able to work in US legally, company does not sponsor OPT
