We are seeking a Business Development Specialist for our company to develop or assist in developing domestic and business involving such matters as commercial agreements, proposal development, pricing development, risk assessment and sales strategies. This role will also make recommendations to ensure that firm bids and orders received are at acceptable profit levels. Initiate actions to resolve complex problems and recommend and implement measures to achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
1. Investigate new business opportunities utilizing RC's resources and experience base in traditional and non-traditional markets worldwide.
2. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
3. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
4. Developing quotes and proposals
5. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
6. Keeping healthy relationships with clients
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English (Bilingual in Chinese is preferred but not required)
2. Strong communication
3. Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
4. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
5. Ability to work nontraditional hours – including nights, weekend and holidays as needed extensive marketing knowledge preferred.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Browser.
