Job Description:
Build a solid foundation and understanding of our business structure, products, and standard operating procedures by rotating from Grocery, Meat, Seafood, Produce, Cashier, Bakery, Hot Deli, to Receiving to perform hands-on duties 
Operate equipments to gain working knowledge with tools and equipments, such as pallet jacks, power jacks, case cutter, PDT gun etc.
Develop knowledge of products and operation procedures of trimming, dumping, receiving, ordering and quality assurance by participating in department daily operations
Participate in receiving and physical inventory count to learn and analyze inventory movement, including standard procedures of receiving, transferring, and checking inventory level
Learn concepts of display, promotion strategy, pricing, facing, and signage
Get familiar of all computer systems (IT retail, SAP, SAS, etc.)
Learn standard procedures for opening/closing/changing shifts
Attend Company organized training courses to study business concepts & strategies, HR & leadership skills, and compliance programs
Maintain a professional and friendly working environment
Provide outstanding customer service
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety of the workplace

Requirements:
Able to periodically stand for long periods of time; able to carry and lift up objects over 50 Ibs.
Prior experience in a retail setting environment is highly desired
Bilingual in Chinese/English is a plus
Available to work flexible schedules (night shifts, weekends & holidays)
