- Monitor clerks to ensure the correct ratio is used to display merchandises
- Record all incidents of discard/loss in the dumpling log without prejudice
- Price new items and ensure that price changes are carried out appropriately
- Assist customer in finding requested items or with questions regarding pricing
- Handle all bakery products in a safe and sanitary manner
- Scan items, request prick checks, honor appropriate coupons
- Collect payment and give changes as appropriate
- Make sign/label for displays and ensure pricing integrity
- Schedule, supervise, train, evaluate and assign duties to department clerks
- Ensure department employee work safely at all time
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
