1. Responsible for store display

2. Organizing TOP samples and new samples

3. Following up sending and receiving samples with buyers

4. Preparing samples for shows or photo shoot 

5. Assisting sales with upcoming merchandise 


2. Sales Associate


1. Updating in-stock styles

2. Providing customer services

3. Answering customer questions

4. Driving profits for the company

5. Handling shipment


3. Assistant 


1. Creating company invoices 

2. Arranging appointments for shipment

3. Timing company schedules 

4. Helping sale manager with selling

5. Preparing samples for company buyers

6. Making line sheets 


4. Warehouse Associate



5. Production Associate



Required Skills

Must be energetic, self-motivated and self-organized. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done.

Structured and organized, but nonetheless approachable and with a flexible outlook.

Willingness to work hard to drive the business forward.

Able to work and understand both detailed work and the broader picture.

Capable to work to deadlines / ability to prioritize / optimal time management.

Able to use Micro Software.

Demonstrate the organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.

Proficiency in English communication both in speaking and writing
