6. Airline industry experience is a plus.

1. Sales related to Air China’s flights;

2. Collation of sales data, production of sales statements, sales data analysis;

3. Helping sales supervisor with product development;

4. Development and management of important agency and customer relations.


4. HR Administrative Specialist (Full-Time)

Air China Limited North America Region – South San Francisco, CA


Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field;

2. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese;

3. Skilled use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.);

4. Strong work ethics;

5. Previous experience in human resources or administrative work preferred;

6. All applicants must have legal permit to work in the U.S.


Job Descriptions (include but not limited to):

1. Responsible for daily administrative tasks;

2. Manage minor legal and related issues;

3. Responsible for incoming and outgoing mails and packages;

4. Maintain HR files and documentations;

5. Maintain human resource information system records;

6. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
