Job Responsibilities: 

-Maintains insurance claim records and conducts follow up for all incidents.

-Maintains corporate documents, licenses, and permits.

-Research federal, state, and local laws by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

-Assist with training, meeting, and other corporate functions.

-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

-Handle insurance claims and communicate with customers.

-Handle phone calls and correspondence independently.

-Able to drive to retail store locations in the bay area. Occasional travel to other states is required.

Qualification:

-B.A./B.S. degree, organizational/administrative working experience is preferred

-Strong communication and writing skills. Must be bilingual in Chinese/English (Cantonese & Mandarin are highly preferred)

-Good customer services skills

-Proficient in Microsoft and Google office sets

-Must be legal to work in the United States
