1. Category Manager
Department: Food and Home
Reports to: BU Manager
We are seeking experienced Category Manager for the Food and Home team. Category Manager will work closely with our merchandisers to maximize the margins and net profit of the assigned brands/products through multiple strategies, including online promotion events, content marketing, sales forecasting and market analysis
Job Responsibilities:
Proactively work with merchandisers to create and coordinate online promotion events including contents and pricing setting to enhance overall sales performance
Communicate and work closely with the marketing team and other departments on all product launches events, item specifications and another other follow-up
Prepare competitive analysis reports and performance measurement reports for different categories
Execute customer acquisition strategies to maximize revenue, profitability and customers’ shopping experience
Stay on top of e-commerce trends, bring new ideas to the team
Qualifications and Requirements:
BS/BA major in Business/Marketing
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
Creative with strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills
Familiar with Asian food and cosmetic products
Proven ability to make data driven decisions and SWOT analysis
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, familiarity with SQL and HTML preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and team player; able to build positive working relationships with employees and sellers through networking

2. Customer Engagement Planner

We are looking for a talented Customer Engagement Planner (data centric) to join the team in our Los Angeles Office. This role is responsible for data reporting and analytics within the Customer Engagement team. This critical role will interact with Customer Engagement Managers as well as other functional teams at Yamibuy. He/she will have first-hand knowledge and access to Yamibuy’s day-to-day operations as well as creating various analysis report by using relevant data.
Job Responsibilities:
Pull out raw customer data, generate insightful customer report based on project goals
Analyze the performance of Yamibuy campaigns, both online and offline
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and synthesized recommendations to support better decision-making and improve operation results
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain information for ad-hoc/routine reporting and analysis needs
Understand Yamibuy overall business goals and use these goals to guide the work
Develop dashboards that provide a clear view of the business by visually translating complex data into actionable insights

The individual will be well coordinated with cross-functional teams and in charge of daily maintenance on the website.

Develop and manage seasonal promotion calendar, and effectively communicate with different teams to ensure successful campaign execution
Come up with marketing campaigns that are appealing to targeted audience, including seasonal promotions, new product launches, sweepstakes, and contests

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible to manage pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities and the affiliate channel. The individual will manage all paid search campaigns as well as planning, developing and executing marketing programs that support and recruit new affiliates. Also, individual will be in charge of product marketing, information technology, and marketing communications to roll out different affiliate marketing initiatives. A successful candidate will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO team to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.
Job Responsibility:
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns. Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
Help conceptualize, launch and promote new creative, custom offers, advertising ideas and campaigns
Serve as primary liaison with the affiliate agency, communicating effectively to strategically grow the channel
