Ocean Import – Senior Customer Service Specialist (Full-time)

We currently have an opening for a motivated individual who can provide a high-end customer service experience in the position of a full-timeOcean Import-Senior Customer Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with vendors, truckers and customers to provide freight solutions & high-end customer service experience
- Handle general shipping documents
- Co-ordinate and arrange shipments
- Monitor and track shipments
- Duties as assigned

Qualification Required:
- Good written and verbal communication skills via email, phone and in person
- A self-starter, team player and willing to learn
- Min. 2 year freight forwarding/logistics experience

- AA degree or above
- Dispatching experience is preferred
- Have enthusiasm and the drive to succeed
- Must be fluent in English (both verbal and written skills)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Legal status to work in the US
