Position Summary:
Contributes to the efficient operation of the company by providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors using communication/follow-up skills, pleasant attitude at all times and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Duties:
- Performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties related to the specialized function to which assigned, such as meeting minutes, office suppliers order, meal preparation for visitors and special events, holiday decoration and business trip arrangement for executives.
- Compiles records and reports based on data obtained from a variety of sources; processes data and documents in accordance with prescribed procedures.
- Support OEM Sales team in preparing and process orders, communicate with customers, managing orders from start to fulfill shipment.
- Research and respond to OEM customer inquiries and problems.
- File and maintain sales orders/invoices.
- Support TCM and B to C business lines by managing 3rd party E-Commerce and social media platforms under marketing head’s supervision.
- Plan and execute communications, including newsletters, social media, website, email and Public Relations.
- Follow policies and procedures which established by the department and company.
- Complete tasks correctly and on time. Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent 0 – 3 years experience in field.
- Experience with and the ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Data entry experience.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
- Exceptional communication.
