OPEN POSITION- FULL TIME ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• Basic computer software skills required (e.g. Microsoft Excel, ETC).

• Proficient in verbal and writing communication skill.

• Can work independently, responsibly

• Excellent organizational and multi-task skills

• Strong interpersonal skills/team player.

• Must be elibible to work in the U.S

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage A/R
- General bookkeeping 
- Review, organize, and file documents 
- Prepare monthly financial reports 
- Manage payrolls 
- Pay all recurring bills 
- Multi-faceted, detail-oriented, & highly organized individual
