POSITION TITLE:   Contract Packaging Sales Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position ensures all orders get processed correctly and all customers receive satisfactory service.  This position will be working and interacting with various departments, Sales, Project Center, R&D, QC, Production, Shipping, Accounting, etc.  This position reports to the Sales Manager/Project Manager of Diamond Wipes Int’l.  As a Contract Packaging Sales Coordinator, you are expected to work on own initiative and with considerable discretion and independent judgment, enhance and improve the company’s customer service and order processing procedures through working and communicating with other departments. 

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Although it is not possible to provide an exhaustive list of all types of duties, responsibilities and performance standards, the following are the essential job functions:

  1. Respond to incoming phone calls or email inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Establish and manage a customer file for each potential or existing customer to document important transaction history or communication.
  3. Assist Sales Manager in preparing & sending product samples to customer and follow up.
  4. Assist Sales Manager in preparing & sending quotations to customers and follow up when needed.
  5. Once PO received, ensure orders get enter correctly and timely in our system.
  6. Communicate with Production Department to ensure orders get processed correctly and in a timely manner.
  7. Communicate with customer to check on prefer shipping methods or to acknowledge customer on shipping rates and schedules.
  1. Communicate with Shipping Department to make sure orders get shipped on time to the correct destination. 
  2. Communicate with Accounting Department on any related issue in credits, billing, or payment.
  3. Assist customers in order tracking and other customer service related questions.
  4. Conduct routine house-keeping of components provided by clients and submit reports when requested.
  5. Assist in arranging sample request production process.
  6. Assist in special projects assigned by the management.
