1. Senior Accountant
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accounting records related in accordance with GAAP
Address employee and vendor inquiries regarding payments
Preparing financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows
Perform various general accounting functions such as account reconciliations, and special reports
Record semi-monthly payroll and payroll tax expenses
Record inter-company transactions among branches across U.S., Europe, and Asia
Check for proper expense and revenue accruals
Report quarterly revenue reports for tax reporting purposes
Renew business licenses and permits
Assist in month end close activities
Assist in consolidating financial statements
Support external auditors for interim and year-end audit
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Korean Fluency
3 to 4 years of relevant experience
Must reside within driving distance of the company
Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ representational communication skills
Motivated, self-starter that takes initiative with the ability to anticipate needs as they arise and goal oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to responsibly handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
Proficiency with Quickbook
Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance or associated field)
2. Communications Coordinator, Business Development
Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate (often translate), track and measure requests given and received across global teams to ensure tasks and projects are effectively being completed
Pull and present data that help us make key decisions
Work closely with Marketing and Partnerships to make sure our merchant campaigns are successful
Assist in research and development of new projects ranging from contacting potential partners to collecting existing data
Maintains healthy relationships with business operations partners by providing support, information, and guidance
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
Trains other team members when appropriate
Other administrative duties as assigned
Some travel required (<10%)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications or equivalent work experience
Bi-lingual in English and Korean written/ spoken
Confident working with data in Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Passionate for organization and presentation
Goal and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal/ written/ presentational communication skills

3. Warehouse Truck Driver
Duties & Responsibilities
Handle assigned general warehouse and freight forward tasks
Handle palletizing boxes
Assist loading and unloading products from the truck
Deliver pallets, merchandises, and other company assets using truck
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Able to multitask and flexible
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills
Able to inspect, pack and lift items over 10 lbs
Ability to drive 26ft truck
Previous warehouse experience a plus
4. Customer Service Representative
Duties & Responsibilities
Handle all inquiries from customers; orders, concerns, and problems etc.
Communicate with customers regarding purchase and fulfillment of their orders
Perform process of returns and exchanges
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Able to multitask and flexible
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Computer literacy, including ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
Excellent communication skills
