1. Brand Marketing & Sales Manager
This position will support the opening of the company’s new eCommerce F&B business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify market trends to target customers’ preferences and related social phenomenon
Develop and implement promotion plans for all initiatives, including PR, digital marketing, email marketing, social media, print/local store marketing, and other tactics
Assist in creating and developing websites for all participating projects
Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to promote the company’s brand
Understand how to work trademark into branded documentation
Efficiently communicate with vendors regarding inventory
Positively impact sale results by developing, supporting and executing field marketing and segment activities.
Execute appointed marketing campaigns regarding acquisitions and promotions
Ensure and initiate all tasks regarding brand & product management including PO, AP/AR, and inventory control
Support to improve internal wholesale, account retail sales and profitability
Identify opportunities and align business unit resources to secure said opportunities
Meet and exceed company goals for sales, distribution, pricing, shelving and promotional volume
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Skills and Requirements:
3+ years of experience in consumer products and brand marketing
3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, eCommerce, and sales processes
Proficient in spoken and written English & Korean
Handling with luxury goods and F&B related experience preferred
Strong analytical, critical, strategic and creative thinking
Ability to manage all public dealings in a professional manner and adapt to varying circumstances
Affinity for building relationships
Ability to do a wide variety of tasks simultaneously with flexibility and under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator preferred
Occasional travel required for business purposes
2. Operations Coordinator
This position will support restaurant opening, ensuring operational plans and deployments are properly executed and developed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and update various operational and financial related reports to the Office Manager, General Manager, Project Manager, and other appropriate personnel
Assist with the development and coordination of requests for proposals for third party services
Actively organize, collaborate, and support program implementations for restaurant operations
Order supplies and equipment as needed in accordance with company procedures
Track store capital expense and store maintenance projects
Overlook expense reconciliation, record retentions, and data entry
Control purchases & inventory and negotiate prices & contracts with vendors
Monitor supplier lists, usage reports, and operational variances
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Skills and Requirements:
3+ years of experience in business planning, analyzing financials, maintaining cost control systems
Proficient in spoken and written English & Korean
Restaurant/Hospitality experience is a plus
Ability to manage all public dealings in a professional manner
Ability to do a wide variety of tasks simultaneously with flexibility and under pressure
Ability to set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
