Experience: Entry Level
Duties:
- Manages customer’s Purchase Orders
- Manage ongoing customer needs, analysis, and reports
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Performs routine follow up e-mils
- Complete Shipping Orders
- Manages Inventory and requests product purchase when necessary
- Complete and maintain accurate monthly sales reports
- Works side by side with production to coordinate due dates
- Provide Customer Services and support outside sales

2. Sales Account Manager
Experience: Entry level
Duties:
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Follow and use AS9100 system documents.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Associate degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience required.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
