Job Description

Wave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center is an aggressively growing Aesthetic Clinic, specializing in advanced anti-aging techniques, plastic surgery, and non-invasive cosmetic treatments. Lead by our founder, Dr. Peter Lee, a leading trainer/instructor to fellow plastic surgeons both nationally and internationally, we have multiple surgeons each with a unique skill set with emphasis on different specialties. We currently operate 5 locations in California and are looking for a Location Manager for our Arcadia office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office activities and supervise daily functions and performance of medical staff to ensure achievement of goals

• Coordinate with Headquarter Administrators to ensure individual department goals and objectives are aligned with those of the Wave Company Brand

• Evaluate all levels of patient care to ensure the quality of care meets Brand standards

• Represent the organization with a positive and professional image in all levels of operation, internal and public

• Act as a liaison between Physicians, Administrators, and the Patient care team

• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of staff education programs for the patient care team members

• Monitor and adjust overhead spending to budget allowance

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in the business management and administrative role in the Medical field, preferably plastic surgery and aesthetics

• Must have sales and customer service background

• Candidate must possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance

• Excellent written, comprehension, and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Windows/Microsoft Office

• Highly accurate and detail oriented with strong organization skills

• Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, high volume work environment.

• Fluent in English & Mandarin

2. MEDICAL ASSISTANT

We are looking to add a highly motivated and energetic Medical Assistant to our support staff, who will coordinate with Doctors and administrative staff to ensure a pleasant and welcoming experience for our existing and prospective clients. Duties:

• Enhance office reputation by greeting and accommodating to patients and visitors

• Manage and control scheduling calendars to optimize flow for Doctors and Providers

• Manage patient records and adhere to patient concerns

• Provide office support by inputting data, proofreading documents, and maintaining files

• Ensure availability of treatment / procedure information, supplies and equipment

• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, medical instruments and/or equipment

• Keeps confidentiality of information as per company policy

• Perform additional duties as assigned

3. ESTHETICIAN

Duties:

• Enhance office reputation by greeting patients in professional, friendly manner

• Perform spa treatments as prescribed by our Consultants

• Be able to help assess and recommend treatments to patients based on individual’s needs

• Maintain strong working knowledge of all our medical grade retail products

• Exude knowledge and confidence in products and treatments performed

• Upsell retail products and spa packages

• Follow treatment protocol

• Recommend home care regime

• Pre-book clients for future appointments

• Safeguards client confidentiality as per company policy and in accordance with HIPPA guidelines

• Maintain a professional and clean appearance of self and clinic

• Maintain clean and well-organized treatment rooms, keeping sanitary at all times before, during, and after all treatments

• Help our Patient Coordinators when needed, provide office support by inputting data, proofreading documents, and maintaining files

• Ensure availability of treatment / procedure information, supplies and equipment

Job Requirements:

• Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.

• Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with Patients and Team members

• Must be professional and courteous at all times

4. CHINESE MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced, talented & highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of marketing to the Chinese community through traditional, digital & social media. Your role will be to research, identify all marketing, advertising & promotional opportunities for WAVE in the Chinese market. Working as a part of the marketing team, you will collaborate with other marketing team members on campaigns and creative development that aligns with our overall business strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify marketing, advertising & promotional opportunities in the Chinese market throughout all channels: digital & traditional media

• Develop marketing campaigns targeted to the Chinese market, working with the creative team to develop all creative

• Write all campaign text in Chinese, respecting Chinese culture & nuances in language

• Create a monthly content calendar to schedule posts & campaigns ahead-of-time

• Create & manage all social media channels for the Chinese market: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

• Write & Post engaging content to all social media channels for the Chinese market, ensuring our goals of user engagement and user conversion are met

• Report on all social media & marketing activity

• Research & monitor review websites in Chinese as they relate to our organization

• Identify, Contract, Schedule, Market & Report on Influencers in the Chinese market

• Translate all content for other marketing channels, collateral and website articles

• Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends as it relates to the Chinese market

• Analyze data using statistical software

• Conduct data collection from our existing patients, such as surveys, questionnaires and polls

• Gather research about consumers, competitors & market conditions as it relates to the Chinese market

• Conduct in-depth market assessments to identify opportunities and risks

• Create understandable tables, graphs & reports from complex data

• Prepare reports and present results to management and team members

• Identify where our company fits among competitors, and develop recommendations on how to lead our niche, in the Chinese market

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Chinese is highly preferred

• 3+ years in a Marketing role: planning, research, development & creative

• 3+ years using Excel to collect, analyze and report data & findings

• 3+ years Social Media experience using Instagram, Facebook, Google

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) in both English & Chinese

• Exceptional analytical skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where priorities shift on a regular basis

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
