Beauteque is seeking a customer fulfillment specialist! We believe that customer support is more than just answering questions. Our support team directly impacts business operations and provides valuable feedback in making a customer-centric team successful. You’ll love this role if you enjoy creative problem solving and being able to directly fulfill customer service requests.

We are looking for someone who understands the startup culture and can wear many “hats”. This person also needs to be flexible and be willing to take on projects outside of their expected day-to-day duties.

Duties and Responsibility

Customer service (30%):

• Respond to customer service queries regarding their subscription order status, refunds, and replacements.

• Maintain and update customer records

• Manage outbound samples to customers and buyers

Order fulfillment (40%):

• Pick and pack e-commerce orders and small wholesale orders

• Complete shipping documentation for international shipments and wholesale orders

• Provide valuable feedback for streamlining order fulfillment procedures

• Ensure clean packing area after order fulfillment

• Collaborate with marketing team in providing material support for marketing campaigns

• Assist in pick and pack of subscription orders

Inventory (30%):

• Cycle count inventory and ensure accurate product count

• Receive new inventory per standard procedure and dispose of expired inventory

• Handle customer returns

Requirements:

• Experience

  • Previous experience working in customer service or retail

  • Previous experience working in order fulfillment

• Technical skills

  • Familiarity with support ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or Jira or willingness to learn multiple backend software platforms

  • Proficient knowledge of shipping documentation

  • Proficient knowledge of Excel (Including pivot tables)

• General skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage problems with minimal oversight

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
