• Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams comprised of Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, Operations, Human Resource to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close business projects in support of Business Unit strategies and priorities

• Conduct project “kick-off” meetings to establish a project plan that will include project scope, activities, timing, critical milestones, and assignment of team member responsibilities

• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans and strategies to ensure project success

• Applies knowledge/experience of project management practices and tools to assess the best approach/methodology to use in the execution of a project

• Execute and manage tasks associated with project critical milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery in support of annual operating plan

• Track and report project cost, status, and benefit to team and senior leadership

• Conducts project post tremors and documents lessons learned to serve as a basis for ongoing improvement within the company

• Performs other duties as required by business needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in management science, engineering, business, or operations

• 5 to 7 year project coordination experience in the retail or supermarket construction

• A results-oriented, self-motivated, proactive individual

• Strong communication, organized, organization, planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Experience leading, managing, and participating on cross-functional teams

• Proficiency using MS, Google Applications, timeline preparation, and project maintenance is preferred

• Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish preferred

• Be able to accommodate flexible work schedule and travel when needed

 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and quality of the products on the line

• Process PO, Invoice for import, domestic purchase

• Scheduling daily production and shipping

• Monitor food purchasing, food costs, preparation, production and inventory control

• Prepare and monitor budgets, flash reports, financial targets and forecasts

• Interviews, hires, trains and coaches employees, also evaluate their performance

• Participates in employee meetings and training programs

• Maintain and ensure the safe operation of the line

• Coordinating the efficiency of the line operators, troubleshooting any inefficiencies and maintenance reports

• Communicate and work in a team environment and maintaining a keen eye for detail

Qualifications:

• Food Production Management experience 5 years required

• Proficiency in English & Mandarin is a required

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) is preferred, or equivalent professional experience

• Great understanding of SAP, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• HACCP, GMP, QSF Certificate is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills including detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Partner with the eCommerce Merchandise team to plan out messaging and align creative work ahead of delivery times

• Provide quick turnaround of marketing assets including daily emails, landing pages, homepage updates, promotions, display/ affiliate marketing banners, etc.

• Responsible for projects from concept through implementation – including graphic design, creating prototypes/mock-ups, development, coding, testing, and debugging

• Implement the vision of the online experience; including design, informational architecture & brand identity, ensuring consistency across the entire visual presentation

• Work collaboratively with eCommerce and Marketing colleagues, as well as third party and other key stakeholders to capture design requirements and translate them into design solutions that drive business results

• Upgrades, maintains and provides ongoing advanced design of the website, promos, and advertising banners as well as seasonal content that are visually compelling and brand appropriate

• Ability to lead creative projects and bring them from concept to completion.Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field 3 to 5 years of web design experience in an Ecommerce business

• High level of proficiency with the following programs & language: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Firm understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and image optimization techniques

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment as well as for individual projects

• Responsible for leasing and property management related matters

• Implement marketing programs of the property for leasing, ability to identify qualifying prospective tenants, and creation of all rental agreements • Compare properties to determine fair market price

• Show properties for prospective tenants

• Ensure all paperwork and legal documents are properly completed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related field

• At least 5 years experience in commercial property leasing, management and brokerage activities including reporting, lease negotiation, documentation and administration required

• Real estate agent/broker license required

• Knowledge of Real Estate legal related documentations

• Strong working knowledge of Google Apps and MS Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,etc.)

• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate both orally and written

• Ability to multi-task with, strong sales, marketing and customer service skills

• Manage and improve maintenance in all departments and locations

• Plan, maintain, execute, repair, replace, and support of all equipment, system, facilities and activities

• Prepare budgets and negotiate contract with outside contractors and agencies

• Utilize the Maintenance Crews and outside contractors to ensure progress and safety

• Confer and report to management on a regular basis to develop improvements and resolve all issues

• Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities

• The trainee will undergo systematic training and evaluations for 6-8 months. After the training period, the qualified candidates will be directly assigned to a store and be responsible for the corresponding department SOP, product knowledge, planning, ordering, organization, employee management and all other supervisory duties
