US Bankcard Services (USBS) is a top rated merchant service provider that offers payment processing service to businesses nationwide in the U.S. As a part of U.S. Bank/Elavon, USBS is looking for determined Full-Time Payment Solutions Market Manager/ Client Support Specialist to join our growing team.
Open Positions:
1. Payment Solutions Market Manager (Bilingual English & Mandarin/ Cantonese Preferred)
Responsible for the facilitation of merchant service business opportunities through B2B outreach in our Houston, TX market. Will develop profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from outbound sales calls and existing accounts. Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.
Work Location: Houston, Texas (Home-based)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of sales experience in the financial services industry
Ability to travel
In addition to English, has capability in Chinese (Mandarin) or Chinese (Cantonese).
Cold calling experience. Remote-based working experience
Sales experience in the financial service, hospitality, restaurant, service, retail, technology or ecommerce industry is a plus!
2. Client Support Specialist (Vietnamese and/or Chinese Speaking Preferred)
Provides day-to-day support and service to assigned Elavon clients via telephone, email and occasional face-to-face communication. Partners with Client Executives on projects and to identify opportunities to enhance the profitability of the client relationship. Answers client inquiries and provides client education on Elavon products and services.
Work Location: Houston, Texas (Home-based)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of clerical or related experience
Vietnamese Speaking is preferred. Chinese Speaking is an a plus
Proven customer service/relations skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
