1. Field Support Engineer
Job Description: The Field Support Engineer will perform a variety of complex technical tasks needed to install, maintain, demo, test and repair LED video wall systems.
Essential Functions:
Provide technical advice regarding the technology and engineering of our products to promote, support, and service the sale of our products.
Utilize field experience to support R&D efforts in the improvement of Absen products
Provide installations and post-sale support services to customers
Support sales representatives by providing technical knowledge to clients and potential clients.
Coordinate the return of customer material back to company for repair.
Assess potential application of company products or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs
Provide technical training to customers
Use technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales and support services
Provide support in both pre and post-sales
Assist with root cause analysis of failed components from the field
Field and manage support calls as assigned
Complete applicable administration in relation to the above related activities
Travel to customer sites as needed to coordinate duties listed above

2. Service Repair Technician
Job Description: The Service Repair Technician will perform a variety of complex technical tasks which includes LED troubleshooting capabilities designed to isolate and resolve LED issues experienced. Handle all repairs of failed components to ensure 100% operation of product/s via testing prior to returning to the client.
Essential Functions:
Provide daily technical troubleshooting and repairs of faulty parts
Test and validate all repairs once complete
Complete all system tracking of material used and hours performed per work order repair
Coordinate with Technical Support Engineer/Lead on services performed so costs can be applied towards warranty or service work order
Manage all repair tasks assigned
Complete applicable administration in relation to the above related activities
Evolve technical database repository for tech support use. (Problem/Solution Tree) management.
Provide RMA / Tech support health reporting as needed by management
Conduct routing tests and solve mechanical or electronic problems involved in the operation of the products
Streamline efficiencies through organization of repair work stations
Complete proper tagging and movement of material in and out of repair center
Work with material management / warehouse team for logistics and proper packaging of repaired parts

3. Accounting Manager
Job Description: The Accounting Manager reports to the Controller and headquarters and contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks while overseeing accounting and budgeting.
Essential Functions:
Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and appropriate reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP).
Insure the timely and accurate preparation of all statutory and corporate financial reports.
Devise, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Guarantee proper controls, internal reporting, policies and procedures are in place to meet all financial regulatory requirements, group policies, and public company compliance.
Meet all statutory requirements of the organization including payroll taxes, sales taxes, etc.
Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with approved external auditor.
Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all transactions.
Lead forecasting on both a monthly and 12-month rolling basis and prepare yearly budget.
Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget.
Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
Manage the bookkeeping and payroll functions.
Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure.
Audit the work of the accounting department.
Assist the Controller with financial reporting as required by headquarters and provide advice to support the decision making process.

4. Sales Engineer
Job Description: The Sales Engineer expands the Company’s reach through acquisition of new clients and business. The Sales Engineer actively identifies, pursues and engages in building relationships with current and new clients. A Sales Engineer must have LED industry and market knowledge and be able to effectively communicate the Company’s brand and product value in such a way as to elicit a favorable reaction from target customer.
Essential Functions:
Meets sales revenue target for specific region.
Fosters and develops relationships with current and potential clients, as well as vendors.
Assist with getting clients and vendors to participate in ACE trainings.
Must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Must be persistent and disciplined in all work.
