Accounting Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and various special analyses.
Oversee payments of all accounts; ensuring all accounts are paid on time
Process accounts and collecting payments
Keep an organized filing system of all accounts, statements, transactions, payments, and debts
Ensuring company complies with all additional legal and regulatory requirements
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and prioritize
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Displays good work ethics - punctuality and attendance are a priority

Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Prospect new business channels of the distributor, contractors, interior designers, buyers.
Reach out to customer leads through chamber events and other lead resources
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Define annual, quarterly and monthly sales volume targets
Define sales strategies and plans in order to achieve the sales volume targets
Make a daily report to the company regards to the daily results and performances
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Requirements:

Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills as the role interfaces with internal and external Sr. Management.
Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure consistency of messages in all marketing communications vehicles.
Write and edit copy for brochures, data sheets, trade show directories, direct mail, customer case studies, and publication articles.
Help edit technical documents such as white papers and user manuals.
Create email promotion or marketing and maintain the current leads up-to-date
Manage customer advisory group.
Handle PR and social media projects, such as blogging, twittering, and optimizing media coverage as well as managing Instagram
Assist on other marketing projects as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English or any marketing related major
1 year or more of marketing communications experience is plus
Must be detail oriented and well organized
