• Daily entry of key data of store transactions in spreadsheets.

• Accounts Payable management including coding and inputting of invoices, check writing, and some cash flow management.

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.

• Assist Controller with payroll administration and record keeping.

• Assist Controller with monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.

• Cash handling and daily deposit preparation. Self-directed projects and research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related fields required.

• General clerical experience required including computer skills and understanding of Microsoft office with a strong aptitude in Excel.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with management, coworkers, and customers effectively and courteously.

• Proven record of good judgment and sensitivity for business and personal confidentiality.

 

 

Job Duties:

General administrative duties including: maintaining orders, scheduling and coordinating meetings, copying, filing, expense reporting and planning travel arrangements.

Providing high quality of customer service by responding timely to phone and email inquiries and to in-person to clients/requests. Maintain paperwork including invoice management, calendars, call sheets, production reports, budgets, etc. Update and maintain network documents pertaining to production. Perform other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required. Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, take initiative, meet deadlines of assignments and be adaptable to work well under pressure. Strong writing and oral skills and the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Perform initial and ongoing design reviews. Deliver documentation offering a critical analysis and suggestions for correcting errors. Identify process deficiencies and develop solutions to improve those deficiencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering required.

Perform initial and ongoing design reviews. Deliver documentation offering a critical analysis and suggestions for correcting errors. Identify process deficiencies and develop solutions to improve those deficiencies. Submit a scope of work for each project that includes budgetary numbers and the goal of each project. Develop CAD project drawings and review drawings from junior team members for accuracy. Collaborate with Project Managers to develop an accurate accounting of all engineering hours required for various types of internal projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required. Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and drafting procedures. 4+ year’s related experience. Excellent prioritization and project development skills.

Perform online searches of the USPTO records, industry databases and other legal research. Investigate facts and law of cases and search pertinent sources, such as public records and litigation documents. Perform literature review for new inventions. Prepare patent documents, and organize and maintain patent-related documents in paper and/or electronic filing system. Assist with drafting other legal documents, including legal opinions, legal analysis. Assist with Patent drafting and trademark filing. Review and draft contracts. Review product promotional materials, labeling, batch records, specification sheets, and test methods for compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies. Coordinate efforts associated with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Laws/Regulatory Affairs or related fields. Reporting Skills, Research Skills, Legal Administration Skills, Organization, Planning, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Dependability. Familiar with MS Office.
