Warehouse Supervisor Trainee/ Location: Port Reading, NJ/ Norcross, GA/ West Dundee, IL
Job Description:
Communicate with warehouse manager to assign and arrange staff workload
Ensure workload arrangement can meet or exceed expected performance
Oversee the maintenance of the inventory record system for stock items and consumable supplies
Manage warehouse activities and employee performance
Communicate warehouse staff regarding goals, deadlines and expected performance
Coach warehouse staff to develop their competencies
Ensure orders are processed in accordance with our customer service standards
Participate in company training on Safety, Hazard Communication, and accident reporting, amongst others
Perform other duties as assigned and assist other employees as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
BA Degree of equivalent preferred
More than one year of relevant professional experience preferred
Basic PC skills including MS Office Suite
Understand basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Bilingual skills in Spanish or Chinese are a major plus

Identify market potential by qualifying clients
Engage potential clients over email, by phone, and in-person
Forecast sales opportunities via reports
Expand sales in existing clients by introducing new products and services.
Meet monthly sales targets according to sales plan
Articulate market feedback to Sales Managers and Product Analysts
Perform daily follow up on all deals currently in process
Handle client inquiries, process orders and resolve client issues promptly and proactively
Keep updated on product and industry knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
Tenacious attitude in building new business by prospecting and networking
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or relative degree is preferred
1-2 years of work experience

Job Description:
Confer with vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule
Estimates values according to knowledge of market price
Oversee the maintenance of the inventory record system for stock items and consumable supplies
Confers with vendors to obtain product information
Prepare purchase orders
Maintain procurement records
Close invoice when shipments complete
Other tasks, as may be assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, or related field
Bilingual skills in Mandarin required
