Open Position: Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for a full-time e-commerce specialist who can provide assistant on day to day activities on maintaining account and listings on Amazon, eBay, etc.

Responsibilities Include:

• Account management of e-commerce platforms

• Respond to customers support questions

• Creation and editing of product listings

• Process orders and send pick list to warehouse

• Analyze sales data and product performance

Qualifications:

• Basic English speaking and writing skill required

• Experience with online retailing platforms is a plus

• Work well as a team player and being able to communicate

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Word)
