The ideal candidate must be highly organized, quick to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a problem-solver. This position also includes handling several different customer base including department stores, boutique stores, and e-commerce websites (writing descriptions, uploading styles daily, responding to customer's inquires, and and maintaining back end website).

MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH ANY ECOMMERCE PLATFORM.(LASHOWROOM, FASHIONGO, AMAZON, EBAY, MAGENTO, ZULILY ETC.)

OR

MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH DEPARTMENT STORES, BOUTIQUE STORES, TRADE SHOW SALES

Understand how backend of website uploading functions. Understands how to work and follow up with Department Store Buyers and Boutique Store Buyers.

UPS, Backend Website Management, Excel etc knowledge is needed!!! PLUS to know Quickbooks and Photoshop. Simple photo editing knowledge is great! Needs to know how to navigate through the backend of a website, upload products.This position requires a person to meet deadlines of projects and not hesitate to learn new things. Must be a team player and to be able to coordinate with others to get the job done. As well as be willing to learn new skills and cross training. Responsiblities:

• Handling multiple sales channel for our ecommerce website, responding to Buyer's concerns and inquiries
• Creating Invoices through Quickbooks Program
• Handling Online Customers through our Website, FashionGo, LAshowroom
• Creating Shipping Labels using UPS, USPS, FedEx
• Uploading items daily on multiple ecommerce platform
• Working with vendor docs for retail ecommerce platform
• Ensuring shipments for daily orders go out
• Handling Shipping Logistics of items
• Developing and Uploading promo-follow ups with buyers online/orders, such as banners and constant contact
• Handling the e-commerce website, daily upload, coordinate with showroom presentation and maintain social media sites.
• Managing the Back-end of the Website and other vendor
• Photo editing products for the website.
• Assisting in photo-shoots.
• Researching trends and color for the website.
• Collaborate with the design team and providing feedback on projects.
• Providing customer service and handling customer inquiries and problem
• Having good sense of product placement on Websites
• Handling Shipping Logistics of items

Qualifications: •2+ years prior e-commerce • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Must have demonstrable computer skills and aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, understanding of ecommerce and retail merchandising.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize among competing tasks.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
