We are an E-commerce company located in Chino, California. We are seeking self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team.
Requirement:
- More than 1+ years’ experience in the Amazon marketplace account management, maintaining a high level of seller performance for good accounts health.
- Knowledge of Internet best practices and the impact they have on SEO.
- Experience with PPC - Management of Pay per click programs.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including .csv & .txt files, filtering, conditional formatting, macros, pivot tables, etc.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage product reviews and feedbacks.
- Ability to meet project deadlines, multitask and managing multiple accounts at the same time.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, creative and problem resolving ability.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work in US legally, company does not sponsor OPT.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create & maintain listings for new/old products on Aamazon.
- Manage FBA listing and shipment.
- Update keyword-rich content for product descriptions, titles, and content pages.
- Create promotions and new product campaigns on a regular basis.
- Inventory management: maintain and update inventory availability.
- Cooperate with warehouse for shipping management
- Online customer service: answer questions from customers on orders, prices, services.
- Promote good reviews and feedback.
- Coordinate with key management to align company strategies between creative, marketing, social and inventory.
- Boost sales to reach the goal.
- Have some experience with Amazon Ads and SEO.
