ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare sales documents that accurately represent the terms and conditions of sales and in a timely manner
• Enter all needed customer information into the computer
• Order entry/Data entry Schedule Trucking
• Monitor open orders
• Provide customers with accurate directions, instructions, and maps for will call
• File all paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Cheerfully greet all customers as they enter the premises
• Assist sales department as needed
• Answer the telephone with the proper greeting
• Take accurate phone messages and direct to the appropriate person
