Mandarin Speaking required

1 Demonstrated experience in the position duties and responsibilities.
2 Customer service focused; experienced in resolving internal and external customer issues and complaints.
3 Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines.
4 LEAN supply chain and food logistics experienced preferred.
5 Strong financial metric skills to measure the procurement process.
6 Experience working within a purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain function.
7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point.
8 Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other ERP system a plus.
9 Support leadership in assigned duties as well as remain point of contact in leadership absence.  
10 Other duties as assigned.
  Job Duties    
 
1 Forecast demand levels to meet the business needs and maintain stock inventory to maximize business efficiency.    
2 Create, execute, and ensure purchase order (PO's) accuracy, for external purchases and store orders; transfer orders of raw materials within Central Kitchen. Communicating with the stores via email regarding new product, auto-shipments, BPM's, and new shipping information.     
3 Review and finalize completed orders, with proper cost allocation and documentations (billing of lading, invoices, etc.) Contacting Purchasing Dept. if there are any issues with invoices or PO's.    
4 Assist with inventory management; participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory process.      
5 Act as the primary point of contact between the suppliers and the company; work in coordination with QAFS to meet internal compliance requirements.
