We are searching for motivated individuals who enjoy to work in a diversify and challenging environment for the opening of Customer Service Specialist (Full Time) to provide customer service and total freight solution at our NYC branch. Responsibilities and Duties- Work closely and have throughout communication with vendors, truckers and customers to provide freight solutions services- Handle general shipping documents- Co-ordinate and arrange shipments- Monitor and information tracking- Duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills- Good written and verbal communication skills via email, phone and in person- Prior experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics field will be a plus- Motivated team player and willing to learn- Dispatching experience is preferred- Have enthusiasm and the drive to succeed- Fluent in English and bilingual in Chinese is preferred- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook- Associate Degree- Must be US Resident Benefits- Paid sick/ personal time and vacation- Comprehensive insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, )- Company's match for 401(k) plan
